Stew with white cabbage, Cumberland sausage, potato, turnip and carrot

Potee with soya cream2

A truly wintery dish which is really easy to make and comforting to eat. For this recipe, I decided to use the pressure cooker in order to speed up the cooking time. The slight touch of honey and the soya cream added at the end of the recipe add a creamy aspect of the full recipe.
