Smoked salmon Verrines

Delicious smoked salmon verrines for apetizers.

What do you need?

  • 3 or 4 slices of smoked salmon
  • one Tzatziki pot (I used a ready to use one)
  • dill or lump roe (optional)

How to make a smoked salmon verrine?

  • Put one or two teaspoons of Tzatziki  in the verrine
  • Slice your salmon slices in small pieces
  • Add small pieces of salmon on the top of Tzatziki
  • Add dill

! Tip: if you want to have a more festive verrine, put some lump roe on the top of your verrine instead of the dill
