|Tabouleh is easy to prepare and really fresh to eat with a BBQ or as a lunch box. The main tip for it is to prepare it the day before in order to allow all the ingredient to take the flavour of the olive oil and citrus.

How to do Tabouleh ?
Tip: I usually cook the couscous like that: I put 190 ml of boiling water on 150g of couscous with a pinch of salt, I cover it for 10 minutes and after I use a fork for seperating couscous grains
Tip: you can choose to leave the skin or to peel the skin of the cucumber
