This soft bread is really easy to make. It can be eaten for breakfast. In France, it is usually used for making sandwich for children because that is softer than a baguette.
I always make my bread with a bread maker (this recipe has been tested with a bread maker)

Tip: check during the process that a nice dough is in progress, it can be necessary to add some milk if the dough is too dried or some flour if the dough is too liquid. It would advise to wait until the end of the program before adding ingredients.
Tip: the dough needs to have grown double
