Roasted apples and pears with pecan nuts and flaked almond

A great dessert that can be eaten after a lunch box or served to your guests.

COOK: 20 minutes

What do you need?

  • 2 apples
  • 2 pears
  • 10 g of butter
  • Pecan nuts
  • Flaked almond

How to do roasted apples and pears with pecan nuts and flaked almond?

  • Peel the apples and the pears and put them in small square pieces
  • In a pan, let’s melt the butter
  • Then add the apples and pears pieces and cook them for 10 minutes

! Tip: stir fry them regularly in order to avoid the burning of the fruits

  • Put the mix on a small bowl
  • Slice in the pecan nuts
  • Add them on top
  • In a pan (without butter), roast the flaked almond for 10 minutes
  • Add them on top of the mix apples and pears and pecan nuts
  • Serve it warm
