|Bulgur is a nice alternative to the semolina. This recipe is easy to make and it is really good to eat. The dried tomatoes add something special to the taste of the salad.

How to do Bulgur salad with vegetables ?
Tip: usually, you need to bring boil twice the volume of the bulgur in water and then add the bulgur and let it simmer for 35 minutes
Be careful: don’t mix the vegetable and mozzarella with the bulgur when the bulgur is hot because that will melt the mozzarella
