What do you need ?

  • 1 middle size pumpkin
  • 10 carrots
  • 2 tablespoons soft cheese
  • 1 vegetable cube
  • 100 cl of water

How to make a soup of pumpkin and carrots?

  • Peel the pumpkin and cut it in a medium pieces
  • Peel the carrots and cut it in small pieces
  • Put the pumpkin and the sliced carrots in a boiling pan filled with 100 cl of water
  • Simmer the preparation for 25 minutes (if you use a pressure cooker, if not that can take 40 minutes) until it becomes tender to eat
  • Mix it
  • Add soft cheese
  • Mix it and serve it immediately
