Lunch Box: grilled vegetables with Tofu

Amazing lunch box, easy and healthy 🙂

COOK: 15 minutes

What do you need?

  • 200 g of Tofu
  • 100 g of Broccoli
  • 1 can of sweet corn
  • 100 g of Baby corn
  • 100 g of Mangetout
  • 2 large spoon of Soya sauce
  • 1 large spoon of Fish sauce
  • 1 large spoon of Tosted sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon of 4 Chinese spices
  • Sesame seeds
  • Salt
  • Pepper

How to do the lunch box: grilled vegetable with Tofu ?

  • Slice the Tofu on square pieces
  • Slice in small pieces the baby corn and the Mangetout
  • In a grilled pan, heat 1 large spoon of Toasted sesame oil
  • Then add the Tofu square pieces and let them cook for 15 minutes
  • Then add the legumes
  • Add the soya sauce, the fish sauce and the 4 Chinese spices and stir fry them all together for 15 minutes

! Be careful: don’t let burn the Tofu pieces and the vegetables

  • Add salt, pepper and sesame
  • Serve it straight away or store it on your lunch box
