Easy, quick and so delicious chocolate dessert

What do you need ?

  • 80 g of dark chocolate
  • 65 g of butter
  • 1 egg
  • 2 teaspoon of vanilla aroma
  • 24 g of flour
  • 60 g of sugar

How to make a Mi-Cuit?

  • Pre-heat the oven at 190°C
  • Melt the chocolate with butter for 1/1,5 minutes in the microwave at 600W
  • In a large bowl, mix the sugar with the egg
  • Then add the butter and chocolate
  • Add vanilla
  • Add little by little the flour
  • Put the mixture in ramequin
  • Put in the oven for 6 minutes at 190°C
  • Serve them warm (the heart of the cake need to be melted)
