Pork chops with orange juice and caramelized peaches

An amazing sweet and sour mix. Surprising to cook but really delicious and so tender to eat.

What do you need?

  • 2 pork chops
  • 60 ml of orange juice
  • 15 g of sugar
  • 400 g of peach slices in juice
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil

How to do the Pork chops with orange juice and caramelized peaches?

  • In a pan, put the orange juice with the sugar and let’s cook them together for 5/10 minutes

! Tip: the amount of juice needs to reduce a little bit. Check it frequently in order to avoid to burn it

  • With a brush, spread the mix (orange juice with sugar) on the pork chops
  • In a pan, add olive oil and then add the pork chops and cook them for 10/15 minutes

! Tip: cook the pork chops in the same time that you cook the peaches

  • In a pan, put all the peaches with a little bit of the syrup

! Tip: the syrup will help the peaches to  caramelize

  • Cook them for 10/15 minutes
  • Serve them hot with the pork chops
