I discovered the range of Exotic fruits when I arrived in London because this kind of fruits are more affordable than in France. Moreover, I enjoy their sunny taste. This multi-exotic fruits dessert is really tasty with great color. Pleasure for your eyes and mouth.

This recipe mix a lot flavour from isles such as Mango, Pineapple, Passion fruits and coconuts from Congolais.

What do you need?

How to make a Multi-exotic fruits dessert?

  • Peel and slice the pineapple (I usually use a fresh pineapple)
  • Peel and slice the mango
  • Put the Sugarcan syrup in a pan and let it become warm
  • Then add your pieces of mango and pineapple
  • Cover the preparation and let it cook for 30 minutes on a medium heat

! Be Careful: you have to stir the preparation frequently in order to avoid burning the compote

  • Add the juice of 3 passion fruits and let it cook for 15 minutes

! Tip: I use a sieve for “extracting” the juice of the passion fruits

  • Then, let the preparation become cooler
  • Put it in your blender and mix it
  • In your ramequin, crush one or two congolais put them in the bottom of it
  • Then add the mixed preparation
  • Put it on the fridge for 2 hours
  • Serve it chilled with piece of crushed congolais on the top
