Quinoa with vegetables

It is a nice and chilled starter. Quinoa is excellent for the health, so enjoy this starter.

COOK: 15 minutes

What do you need ?

  • ½ glass of Quinoa
  • ½  cucumber
  • 5 radishes
  • 5 cherry tomatoes
  • chives
  • a pinch of salt
  • pepper
  • a dash of olive oil
  • a dash of lemon juice

How to make a “Verrine” of Quinoa and vegetables?

  • Cook the Quinoa as it is explained on the package

! Tip: for mine, I put the Quinoa for 15 minutes in boiled water

  • Dry the quinoa and let it cool down
  • Cut the cucumber in a little squares
  • Slice in two parts the cherry tomatoes
  • Slice thinly the radishes
  • Mix the cold quinoa with vegetables
  • Add a dash of olive oil, a dash of lemon juice, salt and pepper
  • Fulfill small glass with quinoa and vegetable
  • Put some chives on the top
  • Serve it chilled
