What do you need?

  • Charentais or Cantaloupe Melon
  • 4 slices of Parma Ham

How to make Melon with Parma Ham?

  • Put the melon in the fridge almost 1 hour before eating
  • Slice the melon in two parts (from the top to the bottom)
  • Remove the seeds
  • Use a “cuillère parisienne” (or a teaspoon) and create melon balls
  • Serve them chilled on the “melon skin” and with two slices of Parma Ham
