Pizza Roquefort walnuts

This is a nice and taste pizza for relaxing Friday night.

I have included in this recipe, the instructions to prepare homemade pizza dough but you can use a ready-rolled pastry.
With this quantity of dough you can do 2 pizzas. You can keep the dough in the fridge (do not exceed 3-4 days) or freeze it.

PREPARATION: 20 minutes + 1h for the pizza dough
COOK: 15 minutes at 200°C

For the pizza dough:

  • 5 cl olive oil
  • 7,5 cl lukewarm water
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 200 g plain flour
  • ½ instant yeast sachet

For the topping:

  • 2 tablespoons of cream or soya cream
  • 80 g of Roquefort
  • 3 Italian ham slices (Prosciutto di Parma)
  • 30 g grated Parmesan
  • Walnuts
  • Black olives
  • Mixed herbs

How to make a pizza with Roquefort and walnuts?
For the Pizza dough:

  • Use your bread maker
  • Put all the ingredients in your bread maker in the exact order of the list displayed above
    ! Beware: yeast must not be in contact with salt and water
  • Use the pizza dough program of your bread maker or if you don’t have this program, use the bread dough program

For the pizza:

  • Spread the pizza dough
  • Put the soya cream on the pizza dough
  • Cut the Italian ham in small pieces and add them on the pizza
  • Cut the Roquefort in small pieces and add them on the pizza
  • Add the grated Parmesan
  • Add some walnuts
  • Add some black olives
  • At the end, add some mixed herb
  • Put the pizza in the oven for 15 minutes at 200°C
    ! Beware to not burn it
