Pineapple yogurt

I love doing my homemade yogurt, I can customize them easily.

PREPARATION: 10 minutes + 12 hours in the yogurt maker

What do you need ?

  • 60 cl of semi-skimmed milk
  • 20 cl of evaporated semi-skimmed milk
  • 2 teaspoons of milk powder
  • 16 teaspoons of pineapple jam (Petite Douceur)
  • 1 sachet of lactic ferment or 1 yogurt

How to do Pineapple yogurt?
Sterilize the yogurt containers:

  • Put all the yogurt containers in boiling water for 2-3 minutes
    ! Tip: each yogurt container must be all covered with the boiling water
  • Then put them on a dried and clean tea towel with the entrance of the container on the tea towel

Prepare the yogurt mix:

  • Mix together milk with the evaporated milk and the powder milk
  • Then add the lactic ferment or the yogurt

Make the yogurt:

  • Put in the bottom of each yogurt container, 2 teaspoons of pineapple jam
  • Add the yogurt mix
  • Put all the yogurt containers in the yogurt maker
  • Select 10 hours on your yogurt maker for making the yogurt
  • At the end of the 10 hours, put the yogurts outside of the yogurt maker
  • Put the cover on them
  • Let them cool down for 1-2 hours
  • Then, put them in the fridge
    ! Tip: you can keep your homemade yogurt for 10 days

! Tip: each time that you make yogurts, you can do one without taste in order to use it for making the next yogurts
