What do you need ?

  • 1 small beetroot
  • 5 cl double cream or soya cream
  • 60 g soft cheese
  • ½ tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • sesame seeds
  • salt
  • pepper

How to make “Verrine” of beetroot with soft cheese and sesame seeds?

  • Slice thinly the beetroot
  • Smooth the beetroot with double cream, salt, pepper and balsamic vinegar
    Tip Tip: I use my blender for mixing it in order to avoid to have some beetroot juice everywhere in your kitchen
  • Put the preparation in the “verrine”
  • Fill a pastry bag with the soft cheese
  • Add the soft cheese on the beetroot mixture
  • Add salt, pepper and sesame seeds for decorating
  • Put the “verrine” in the fridge for 30 minutes before serving it
