Cucumber with cream and chives

This is a really nice and fresh stater. The taste of the cucumber in the cream is soft and tasty.

What do you need ?

  • ½ cucumber
  • 5 tablespoon of soya cream
  • 1 teaspoon of lemon juice
  • a pinch of salt
  • pepper
  • chives

How to make a “Verrine” of Cucumber?

  • Peel the cucumber and slice thinly it
  • In a bowl, mix the soja cream with the lemon juice
  • Add salt and pepper
    ! Tip: Test the taste the sauce before putting it in the cucumber
  • Put the cucumber slices in glass
  • Add the sauce
  • Add chives
  • Put in a fridge 10/15 minutes before serving
  • Eat it chilled
