Salmon in a parcel

I like salmon with dill, and when I want to eat that I always cook in this way: a salmon in a parcel. It is delicious and healthy.

PREPARATION: 5 minutes
COOK: 15/20 minutes at 200°C

What do you need?

  • 2 salmon fillets
  • 10/15 cl liquid cream or soya cream
  • 2 pinch of salt
  • 2 squeeze of lemon juice
  • pepper
  • dill

How to do Salmon in a parcel?

  • Put two pieces of baking parchment in an oven tray
  • Put a salmon filet in each sheet of baking parchment
  • Add salt, pepper, lemon juice
    ! Beware: don’t put too much salt because fish is already salty
    ! Tip: don’t hesitate to put pepper and lemon juice because that will give more taste to your dish
  • Add the liquid cream
  • Add dill
  • Put it in the oven at 200°C or 15/20 minutes
    ! Tip: check the cooking with the color of the salmon filet, when it is ready to eat the color is pastel
  • Serve it with pilaf rice or boiled rice
    ! Tip: if you did a nice foil, don’t hesitate to serve your salmon filet in the foil.
