This pie is really tasty and you will love it if you like leeks. I included in this recipe, the instructions to prepare a homemade short crust pastry but you can use a ready-rolled pastry. The main drawback of this recipe is that only the white part of the leeks will be used… but don’t worry too much as you prepare a soup with the remaining. SERVES: What do you need?
