Creamy vegetables soup

A tasty soup with a lot of vegetables.

COOK: 20 minutes

What do you need ?

  • 3 potatoes
  • 2 carrots
  • 1  leek
  • 100 g swede
  • 10 cl of liquid cream or soya cream
  • Chives
  • Pepper
  • Salt

How to make a creamy vegetables soup?

  • Peel the potatoes and cut them in small pieces
  • Peel the carrots and cut them in small pieces
  • Wash the leek and cut it in small pieces
  • Peel the swede and cut it in small pieces
  • Put all the vegetables together in a boiling pan filled with 80 cl of water
  • Add a pinch of chives, salt and pepper
  • Simmer the preparation for 20 minutes until it becomes tender to eat
  • Mix it
  • Add the liquid cream, pepper and mix it again
  • Serve it immediately
