Chocolate and coconuts mousse

Chocolate mousse with coconuts
A tasty recipe which is a combination of chocolate and coconuts.

What do you need ?

  • 100 g dark chocolate + 10 g for decorating
  • 3 eggs white
  • 200 g Greek yogurt
  • 50 g coconuts powder
  • 4 tablespoon sugar

How to make Chocolate and Coconuts mousse in glass?

  • Put the 3 eggs white with a pitch of salt in the fridge for 15/30 minutes
  • Beat the egg whites until it becomes stiff
  • Put the dark chocolate with one tablespoon of water in a microwave recipient
  • Heat the preparation for 1 or 2 minutes on a microwave at 600 W
  • Gently add eggs white in the chocolate. Add it with a flexible rubber spatula
  • Pour the chocolate mousse in 4 “verrines”
  • Keep them in a fridge for 2 hours
  • In a bowl, mix the Greek yogurt with sugar and coconuts powder
  • Pour this preparation in the “verrine” on the chocolate mousse
  • Add some chocolate curls for decoration and serve them immediately
