What do you need ?
For the salad part:

  • 40/50g crispy salad (a mix of lettuce leaves, frisée, lamb’s lettuce and raddichio)
  • 15 g walnuts
  • 2/3 fresh closed cup mushrooms

For seasoning:

  • 1 tablespoon walnut oil
  • ½ tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • salt
  • pepper
  • chive leaves or parsley

How to make Crispy salad with mushrooms?

  • Wash the mixed salad
  • Prepare the seasoning by mixing walnut oil, balsamic vinegar, salt and peper
  • Crush walnuts into small pieces
  • Peel and thinly slice the mushrooms
  • Put the mixed salad in a salad bowl
  • Add the pieces of walnuts
  • Add the the seasoning
  • Add chive leaves or parsley

Small variation:
You can use chestnuts mushrooms, it’s even better!
