Eating French baked potatoes is a nice way to eat potatoes. It is a nice dish for accompanying any meat.

COOK: 40 minutes + 20 minutes in the oven at 200°C

What do you need?

  • 2 big potatoes as Jacket Potatoes

For the cream:

  • 2 tablespoon Crème Fraiche
  • Chives
  • A pinch of salt

How to make French Baked potaoes?

  • Simmer the potatoes for 40 minutes (it depends how big is your potatoes)
  • Then put them in oven tray and let them bake for 20 minutes at 200°C

Prepare the cream:

  • In two small ramequins, mix Crème Fraiche, salt and chives
  • Serve the baked potatoes with the ramequin of cream and with meat
