Special rice is dish for accompanying Pork spring rolls but you can easily use it for a one dish pot. Indeed you have vegetable, meat and starch.

What do you need?

  • ½ glass of rice
  • 100 g of “petits pois”
  • 100 g ham
  • 2 eggs
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil

How to do special rice?

  • Cook the rice in a pilaf way:
    Heat one tablespoon of olive oil in a pan
    Add the rice and brown it for a few minutes while stirring regularly
    Add 1 glass of boiled water
    Add salt
    Cover and cook it for 10 minutes
  • Break the two eggs in a bowl and mix them
  • Heat one tablespoon of olive oil in a pan
  • Add the mix of eggs
  • Cook them for two minutes
  • Cut the ham in little pieces
  • Add the ham in the pan
  • Add the “petits pois”
  • Stir them together and cook it for 10 minutes
  • Add the rice
  • Add some pepper and salt
  • Stir all together and cook them for 10 minutes
  • Serve it immediately
