Yogurt cake with chocolate 3
An easy cake to cook, you will enjoy it for tea time.

PREPARATION: 20 minutes
COOK: 20/25 minutes at 200°C

What do you need ?

  • 125 g Natural yogurt
  • 125 g sugar
  • 375 g self-rising flour
  • 125 g sunflower oil
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon milk
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 50 g dark chocolate
  • a pinch of salt

How to make Yogurt cake with chocolate top?

  • In a large bowl, mix the yogurt with sugar
  • Add little by little the self-rising flour
  • Add the eggs and a pinch of salt
  • Add the sunflower oil
  • Add the milk
  • Take a small part of this preparation and put it in another bowl
  • Put the chocolate with one tablespoon of water in a microwave recipient
  • Put it for 1 or 2 minutes in a microwave at 600W
  • Mix the preparation with the chocolate
  • Pour the preparation without chocolate into a muffin pan. Fill until the middle of the mould
  • Fill a pastry bag with the preparation with chocolate
  • Add this chocolate preparation on the preparation in the muffin pan
  • Put in the oven at 200°C for 20/25 minutes
    ! Beware of not burning them, check them regularly
    ! Tip: you can check the baking with a knife. Put the blade inside the cake. If it stays dry then the cakes are ready to serve!
