Soup of watercress

A quick soup to make which is the perfcet dinner after a long day at work. Really tasty soup which can cook while you are taking a relaxing bath.

What do you need ?

  • 200g of watercress
  • 1 potato
  • 1 teaspoon of salt or 1 vegetable cube
  • Soft cheese (optional)

How to make a soup of watercress?

  • Peel the pumpkin and cut it in a medium pieces
  • Peel the potatoes and put it in pieces
  • Wash the watercress
  • Put the watercress and the potatoes in a pan or a pressure cooker
  • Add 400 ml of water

! Tip: adding boiling water directly will reduce the cooking time

  • Add a tea spoon of salt or a vegetable cube
  • Cook it for 20 minutes
  • Mix the soup and add some soft cheese for a creamier soup or add some cream when serving the soup
