How to do a Savory cake: Chorizo, olives and cheddar ?

  • Pre-heat the oven at 180°C
  • Slice in two parts the black olives
  • Slice the dried tomatoes
  • Slice in square or small pieces the chorizo
  • In a large bowl, mix together flour and yeast
  • Add eggs, yogurt and grated cheddar
  • Then add the oils (olive oil and dried tomato oil)
  • At the end, add dried tomatoes, olives and chorizo

! Tip: in order to be sure to have tomatoes, olives and chorizo everywhere in the cake, you can roll them individually in flour

  • Add pepper and mixed herbs
  • Put the mixture in a cake mould

! Tip: don’t forget to put a baking paper in your mould before putting the mixture in it, which will help to unmold the cake
