Lady fingers biscuits

Tasty biscuits for eating with tea.

COOK : 18 minutes at 150°C

What do you need ?

  • 38 g plain flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 50 g granulated sugar
  • 10 g vanilla sugar
  • a pinch of salt
  • icing sugar

How to make Lady fingers biscuits?

  • Preheat the oven at 150°C
  • Put the egg whites with a pinch of salt in the fridge during about 30 minutes
  • Mix the yolks with 20g of granulated sugar
  • Beat egg whites until stiff
  • Add 30g of granulated sugar and vanilla sugar in it
  • Gently add the egg whites in the mixture (yolk + sugar)
  • Add it with a flexible rubber spatula
  • Sift the plain flour
  • Then gently add it in the last mixture
  • Fill a pastry bag with the preparation
  • Put a piece of baking parchment in an oven tray
  • Pipe the preparation on the baking parchment
  • Put icing sugar on the top of each biscuits
  • Put in the oven for 18/20 minutes at 150°C
  • Let it cool down
