Where To Get Mewtwo In Fire Red

Hey there, fellow Pokémon trainer! Grab a coffee, pull up a chair, 'cause we're about to dive into the world of Fire Red and track down that elusive Psychic-type, Mewtwo. You know, the one with the scary red eyes and the power to destroy the world... or so they say. 😉

First things first, where's this guy hiding?

Alright, so Mewtwo isn't just chillin' in some random route or town. No, no, no. He's tucked away in the Cerulean Cave, right next to the Cerulean City Gym. But hold your horses, you can't just waltz in there. You gotta earn your way in.

Got your Master Ball ready?

First, you'll need to become the Champion of the Kanto region. That's right, you'll have to beat all those pesky Gym Leaders and the Elite Four. Easy peasy, right? 😂

Once you've got that sweet Champion title, head back to the Cerulean City and talk to the guy standing outside the Gym. He'll give you the Old Amber, which is basically your ticket to the Cerulean Cave.

Now, let's talk about that pesky guard...

So, there's this guard at the entrance of the cave. He's not exactly thrilled about letting you in. But don't worry, we've got a workaround. You'll need to have a Pokémon with the move Flash to get past him. If you don't have it, you can always teach it to one of your Pokémon with a TM.

Once you've got the move, use it on the guard, and voilà! He'll let you pass. Easy as that. 😎

Finally, the main event: Mewtwo!

Alright, you've made it to the boss battle. Mewtwo is level 70, so make sure you've got your team in tip-top shape. He's got a pretty diverse moveset, so be prepared for anything. Oh, and he's got a nasty habit of using Barrier to protect himself. You might want to bring along a Pokémon that can break through it.

Now, here's where it gets interesting. After you've beaten Mewtwo, you'll have the chance to catch him. But here's the thing, he's super strong, so you'll need a Master Ball to do it. And even then, there's no guarantee you'll catch him. It's all about luck at this point. 🤞

But hey, if you're reading this, you're probably not the type to give up easily. So, good luck out there, trainer! May the odds be ever in your favor. And remember, if you ever need a hand, just give me a shout. We're all in this together, right? 😊
