Well, imagine you're picking teams for a playground match. The World Cup draw is kinda like that, but on a global scale. It's where all the qualified teams get placed into groups for the tournament. Exciting, right?

When's it happening?

Mark your calendars for April 1, 2022. No, it's not an April Fool's joke! It's happening in the afternoon, so you might wanna take a half-day off work. Just saying.

Now, where can I watch it?

TV, you say?

If you're old-school and love the feel of a remote in your hand, you're in luck. Fox Sports has the rights to broadcast the draw in the US. So, tune in to Fox Sports 1 or Fox Sports 2, depending on what your cable provider offers.

In the UK, BBC and ITV will be sharing the coverage. So, you can catch it on either BBC Two or ITV 1. Isn't it nice when they share?

What about streaming?

If you're more of a cord-cutter, don't worry, you won't miss out. Fox Sports has a streaming service called Fox Sports Go. It's free with a cable subscription, or you can pay a monthly fee if you're really over cable.

In the UK, you can stream the draw on BBC iPlayer or ITV Hub. Both are free, so you can spend that extra cash on snacks. Win-win!

What if I'm not in the US or UK?

No worries, my friend! The World Cup draw will be broadcast in over 200 countries. Check your local listings or do a quick Google search to find out where to watch it in your neck of the woods.
