When Is God Of War Laufey Coming Out

Hey there, fellow gaming enthusiast! You've probably been wondering, "When is God of War: Ragnarök's frost giant of a brother, Laufey, finally making his grand entrance?" Well, grab a mead, let's chat about it.

So, When's the Big Guy Arriving?

Alright, let's dive in. As of now, Santa Monica Studio's lips are sealed tighter than a vault. They haven't dropped a official release date yet. But, don't worry, we're not left in the dark completely.

We do know that God of War: Ragnarök is set to release sometime in 2022. That's right, this year! So, mark your calendars, folks. We're in for a treat.

What We Know So Far

We've seen a few teasers, and boy, do they look promising. Laufey, the World Serpent, is looking as massive and terrifying as ever. I mean, have you seen those jaws? They're big enough to swallow Kratos whole!

But hey, we all know Kratos isn't one to back down from a challenge. After all, he's faced off against gods, titans, and even a certain giant or two. So, I'm sure he's got a plan up his sleeve. Or maybe he'll just give Laufey a good ol' fashioned axe to the face. You know, like he does.

Why the Wait, You Ask?

Well, friend, it seems like the devs are taking their time to make sure Ragnarök is nothing short of spectacular. They want to give us the best gaming experience possible. And you know what? I'm all for it.

Think about it. They're crafting a game that's not just about button-mashing (though, let's be real, who doesn't love a good button-mash?). It's about storytelling, character development, and an epic journey. And that takes time.

Patience, Grasshopper

So, while we're all chomping at the bit to get our hands on Ragnarök, let's remember to be patient. After all, good things come to those who wait. And trust me, after the masterpiece that was 2018's God of War, I have no doubt that Ragnarök is going to be worth the wait.

Until Then...

Why not revisit the original God of War? Brush up on your Leviathan Axe skills. Or maybe even pick up some new games in the meantime. There's plenty to keep us occupied until Ragnarök arrives.

And hey, if you're feeling really adventurous, you could even try your hand at Norse mythology. You know, get into the spirit of things. Just don't blame me if you end up getting swallowed by a giant serpent. I warned you.

See You in the Nine Realms

So there you have it, folks. God of War: Ragnarök is coming in 2022, and with it, the mighty Laufey. Until then, keep your axes sharp, your shields ready, and your eyes peeled for any news.

And remember, no matter how big the challenge, no matter how scary the beast, Kratos and Atreus will face it together. Because that's what family does. And isn't that something worth waiting for?

Stay awesome, and I'll see you in the Nine Realms!
