When Did Arsenal Last Win A Trophy

Alright, mate, let's dive into this. You're probably wondering, "When did Arsenal last win a trophy?" Well, grab a cuppa, let's chat about it.

Rewind to 2020

You might think I'm about to say something like "Oh, it was ages ago, in the dark ages of football," but no, not quite. We're talking 2020 here. Yep, you heard it right. The year that was a bit of a rollercoaster for, well, everyone. But for Arsenal, it ended on a high note.

Remember the FA Cup? That lovely old trophy that's been around since Queen Victoria was on the throne? Arsenal lifted that bad boy in August 2020. It was a bit of a weird final, played in an empty Wembley, but Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang scored a brace, and Arsenal won 2-1 against Chelsea. Not too shabby, eh?

But What About the Big Ones?

I know, I know, the FA Cup is great and all, but what about the Premier League or the Champions League? Those are the big ones, right? Well, it's been a while since Arsenal last won one of those. We're talking 2004 for the Premier League and 1994 for the Champions League. Now that's a bit of a wait!

But hey, don't feel too sorry for Arsenal. They've had some good times since then. They've been to a few FA Cup finals, won the Community Shield a few times, and even had a bit of a run in the Europa League. And let's not forget, they've got a new manager now, Mikel Arteta, who's shaking things up a bit.

So, When's the Next One?

That's the million-dollar question, isn't it? When will Arsenal next win a trophy? Well, I wish I had a crystal ball, but all I can say is, they're certainly trying. They've got a young, talented squad, and they're not afraid to spend a bit of cash to strengthen the team.

Plus, let's not forget, football is a funny old game. You never know what's going to happen. One minute you're at the bottom of the league, the next you're lifting a trophy. So, here's to hoping that the next time Arsenal win a trophy, it's a big one, and we're all there to see it. Until then, we'll just have to keep our fingers crossed and enjoy the ride.

Cheers, mate. Let's hope the next trophy isn't too far away!
