What Label Was Juice Wrld Signed To

So, you're curious about where Juice WRLD, the late rapper and singer, called home in the music industry, huh? Let's dive in, shall we?

In the Beginning...

Picture this: it's 2017, and Juice WRLD, then known as Future Polar Bear, is just starting to make waves in the Chicago music scene. He's dropping tracks like "Lucid Dreams" and "All Girls Are the Same" on SoundCloud, and fans are eating it up.

But where's the man behind the music? Well, he's not quite signed yet. He's like that kid at the party who's killing it on the dance floor, but hasn't been asked to join the dance crew just yet.

Enter: Grade A Productions

Now, you might be thinking, "Wait, isn't Juice WRLD signed to Interscope Records?" Well, hold your horses, friend. Let's rewind a bit.

Before he blew up, Juice WRLD inked a deal with Grade A Productions, a record label co-founded by Lil Bibby, another Chicago rapper. It was like that moment in a movie where the underdog gets their big break. Grade A Productions saw the potential in Juice WRLD and took a chance on him.

From Chicago to the World

With Grade A Productions backing him, Juice WRLD started gaining traction. His music was raw, emotional, and unlike anything else out there. It wasn't long before the bigwigs at Interscope Records took notice.

Interscope, home to artists like Kendrick Lamar and Lady Gaga, is like the cool kid at school who everyone wants to sit with at lunch. So, when they invited Juice WRLD to join their table, it was a big deal.

Welcome to Interscope Records

In 2018, Juice WRLD signed with Interscope Records. It was like he went from being the star of his high school play to Broadway overnight. His debut album, "Goodbye & Good Riddance," dropped later that year, and the rest, as they say, is history.

But remember, Juice WRLD never forgot where he came from. He stayed true to his roots and continued to collaborate with artists from his hometown, even after making it big.

Legacy Lives On

Tragically, Juice WRLD passed away in 2019, but his music continues to inspire and touch fans worldwide. His label, Interscope Records, has kept his legacy alive, releasing posthumous albums like "Legends Never Die" and "Fighting Demons."

So, there you have it. Juice WRLD was signed to Grade A Productions first, then joined the Interscope Records family. And even though he's no longer with us, his music continues to make us smile, dance, and feel all the feels.

And that, my friend, is the power of music. It brings us together, lifts us up, and leaves us smiling, even in the toughest times. So, crank up "Lucid Dreams," belt out the lyrics, and remember: Juice WRLD lives on through his music, and that's something truly special.
