Game of Thrones: The Iron Throne of TV

You've probably heard of this one. Game of Thrones is like the Titanic of TV shows - it's massive, everyone's talking about it, and it's got a pretty sad ending. But let's not get ahead of ourselves.

This fantasy drama, based on George R.R. Martin's books, aired from 2011 to 2019. It's got dragons, white walkers, and more twists than a Game of Thrones-themed roller coaster. And the hype? Oh, it was real. The final season alone had 19.3 million viewers in the U.S. tuning in to see who'd end up on the Iron Throne.

But here's a fun fact for you: The show's most-watched episode, "The Iron Throne," had 19.3 million viewers. That's more than the population of some countries! I'm looking at you, Tuvalu.

Friends: The One Where They Were Everywhere

Now, let's talk about a show that's been around since the '90s and is still going strong. I'm talking about Friends. This sitcom about six friends living in Manhattan has been on the air for so long, it's like the Mona Lisa of TV shows.

From 1994 to 2004, we watched Ross and Rachel's on-again, off-again relationship, Joey's "How you doin'?" pick-up lines, and Chandler's sarcastic remarks. And let's not forget the iconic theme song - "I'll be there for you, 'cause you're there for me too..."

Squid Game: The Global Phenomenon

In this show, adults play deadly children's games to win a massive cash prize. It's like Hunger Games meets Kindergarten Cop. The first season had 111 million viewers worldwide - that's more than the population of Egypt!
