How Many Episodes Of Black Butler Are There

Alright, gather 'round, folks. Let's talk about Black Butler, that delightfully dark and dashing anime that's got us all hooked. You know, the one where a suave butler, Sebastian, serves up a side of supernatural shenanigans with his tea. Now, you might be wondering, "How many episodes of this delightful chaos am I committing to?" Well, let's dive in and find out.

So, How Many Episodes Are We Looking At?

Alright, let's break it down. The first season of Black Butler is a tidy 24 episodes. That's like a box of chocolates, right? You know you're gonna love every bite, but you're not quite sure how many there are. Then, we've got the second season, Black Butler II, which is another 24 episodes. So, that's 48 episodes in total for the main series. Not too shabby, huh?

But wait, there's more! We've also got a couple of special episodes and an OVA (that's anime speak for 'Original Video Animation'). The specials are a fun little bonus, each one about 25 minutes long. The OVA, on the other hand, is a whopping 50 minutes. It's like that extra-large slice of cake you didn't know you needed but are sure glad you have.

And the Movies, You Ask?

Oh, you thought we were done? Not quite! We've also got two movies to sink our teeth into. The first one, Black Butler: The Movie, is a solid 93 minutes of Sebastian and Ciel goodness. The second one, Black Butler: Book of the Atlantic, is a hefty 95 minutes. That's like a double feature at the cinema, folks. You'll need to stock up on popcorn for this one.

The first one, Black Butler: The Movie (yes, the same title as the anime movie, but bear with me), is a live-action adaptation of the first season.
