Cast Of The Woman In White 1997

Remembering the '90s: The Gang from 'The Woman in White'

Alright, gather 'round, folks. Let's take a little trip down memory lane, back to the groovy '90s. You know, the decade of the Macarena, the Tamagotchi, and... well, let's not forget the delightful drama that was 'The Woman in White'.

Our Leading Lady and Gentleman

At the helm, we had the ever-so-talented Tara Fitzgerald as the enigmatic Anne Catherick. Now, Tara, she's like that one friend who's always got a mysterious story to tell, keeping you on the edge of your seat. And let's not forget our leading man, Justine Lord as Walter Hartright. Justine was the guy next door, the one you could count on to lend a hand or a listening ear. He was our hero, our rock.

Supporting Cast: The '90s Dream Team

Now, the supporting cast, they were something else. We had Angela Pleasence as the formidable Madame Rubelle. She was like that strict teacher we all had, the one who could make you shake in your boots with just a look. And then there was Diana Rigg as the scheming Countess Fosco. Diana, she was like that aunt who always had a trick up her sleeve, a surprise in her pocket, and a story to tell.

We can't forget Ian Richardson as the cunning Sir Percival Glyde. Ian was like that smooth-talking politician, the one who could sell ice to an Eskimo, or at least try to. And rounding out our merry band was Barbara Shelley as the sweet Mrs. Catherick. Barbara was like that warm, comforting grandmother figure, the one who always had a kind word and a cup of tea ready.

Behind the Scenes: The Magic of the '90s

Now, I'm not saying the '90s was all sunshine and roses. Remember the fashion? The hair? The... well, let's just say it was an experience. But hey, it was the '90s, and we loved it. And so did 'The Woman in White'. It was a time when drama was drama, and we didn't need CGI or explosions to keep us hooked.
