So, you're planning a thrill-seeking adventure at Thorpe Park, huh? Great choice! But first things first, let's get the basics out of the way. You're probably wondering, "When does this adrenaline-fueled playground open its gates?" Well, grab a coffee, let's chat.
First off, let's talk weekdays. If you're thinking of visiting Thorpe Park Monday to Friday, brace yourself, because it's a bit of a late riser. The park opens its doors at a leisurely 10 am. I know, I know, it's not exactly the crack of dawn, but hey, we're talking thrill rides here, not sunrise yoga.
Now, if you're planning your adventure for the weekend, things change up a bit. On Saturdays and Sundays, Thorpe Park likes to start its day a tad earlier. So, if you're eager to beat the queues and get your heart racing, mark your calendars for an 9 am opening time.

But wait, what about those special event days? You know, the ones where they roll out the red carpet for Halloween or Christmas? Well, on those days, it's a bit of a mixed bag. Some events might start earlier, like 8 am for their Halloween Sleepover, while others stick to the usual 9 am or 10 am. It's always a good idea to check their official website or give them a quick call to be on the safe side.
And what about closing times, you ask? Well, that's a bit of a rollercoaster ride (pun intended) too. On peak days, like school holidays and weekends, Thorpe Park might stay open until 9 pm or even later. But on quieter days, it could be as early as 5 pm. So, keep an eye on their opening hours for the day you're visiting.

One more thing, if you're planning to make a day of it, don't forget to check out their Early Ride Time option. For an extra tenner, you can get into the park an hour early and be the first to ride some of their most thrilling attractions. Not a bad way to start your day, if you ask me.
So there you have it, folks! Thorpe Park's opening times in a nutshell. Now, go forth, conquer those rides, and have a blast!
