What Is Nick Berry Doing Now

So, you're wondering, "What's Nick Berry up to these days?" Well, grab a coffee, 'cause we're about to dive in!

From EastEnders to...?

First things first, remember Nick from EastEnders? The one with the catchy theme tune that's still stuck in your head? Yeah, that Nick Berry. After his soap opera days, he didn't just vanish into the London fog, no sirree!

You might be thinking, "Well, did he become a rockstar like his character, Simon 'Wicksy' Wicks?" Well, sort of. But let's rewind a bit.

Nick Berry: The '90s Heartthrob

After leaving EastEnders in 1994, Nick didn't waste any time. He joined the cast of the popular British sitcom, Goodnight Sweetheart, playing the lead role of Gary Sparrow. Now, that's what you call a smooth transition, right?

But here's where things get interesting. While he was busy making us laugh on TV, Nick was also making waves in the music scene. In 1996, he released his debut album, Wicked, which, I kid you not, reached number one in the UK charts. Talk about a double threat!

Now, you might be wondering, "How did he pull off that magic trick?" Well, it turns out, Nick had been honing his musical skills long before he became a TV sensation. He played in various bands growing up, so it was only a matter of time before he unleashed his inner rockstar.

Nick Berry: The Musical Journey

After the success of his debut album, Nick released a few more records, including Life in the Jungle in 1998 and Lost and Found in 2002. But alas, the music industry can be a fickle beast, and Nick's star began to fade.

But here's the thing about Nick Berry - he's not one to dwell on the past. Instead of wallowing in the glow of his '90s fame, he decided to try something new.

Nick Berry: The Entrepreneur

In 2010, Nick opened his own pub, the Wicked Lady, in north London. And get this - it's not just any pub. It's a proper, old-school boozer with a twist. Nick's put his heart and soul into creating a place where people can enjoy great food, fantastic beer, and, of course, some live music.

Now, you might be thinking, "Wow, that's quite the career change!" But remember, Nick's always been a man of many talents. From acting to music to running a successful pub, he's proven that he's more than just a pretty face (though, let's be honest, he's still pretty darn handsome!).

Nick Berry: The Family Man

But here's where things get really interesting. While Nick's been busy running his pub and making us laugh with his TV appearances, he's also been focusing on something truly important - his family.

Nick has two beautiful daughters with his wife, Paula. And from what we can tell, he's one proud papa. He's often spotted cheering on his daughters at their various sporting events, and he even took to Twitter to share his excitement when one of them got into university.

So, there you have it - a little peek into the life of Nick Berry. From soap opera heartthrob to pub owner and proud papa, Nick's proven that he's more than just a '90s flash in the pan. He's a true British original, and we can't wait to see what he does next!

Until next time, folks! Stay curious, and keep your coffee cups full.
