Sault Cleo Sol All Points East

Sault Cleo Sol: The Unassuming Supernova at All Points East

So, you're wondering what the buzz is about Sault Cleo Sol, right? Well, grab a cuppa, 'cause we're about to dive into a world of soulful sounds and unexpected twists. Buckle up!

Who's Sault Cleo Sol, you ask?

Alright, let's start at the beginning. Sault, pronounced 'saw-oo', is a musical collective from the UK. Cleo Sol, now that's where things get interesting. She's the lead vocalist, but she's not your typical frontwoman. She's more like the quiet storm that sneaks up on you, then blows you away.

Now, you might be thinking, "Why all the fuss about a collective and a singer I've never heard of?" Well, friend, that's where the fun begins. Sault is like that surprise party you didn't know you needed. They've been dropping albums left and right, each one a little different, a little unexpected. It's like they're playing a game of musical chairs, and we're all dancing, trying to keep up.

All Points East: The Stage is Set

So, All Points East, huh? That's Victoria Park, London, to you and me. It's like the cool kid's backyard party, where everyone's invited. And this year, Sault was on the guest list. Can you imagine the scene? Thousands of people, the sun (hopefully) shining, and Cleo Sol, standing there, all calm and collected, ready to blow everyone's minds.

But here's the thing, Cleo Sol isn't your typical show-off. She's more of a 'let the music do the talking' kinda gal. And talk it does. Her voice, oh boy, it's like butter on hot toast. Smooth, rich, and it just melts in your ears. She's got this way of singing that makes you feel all the feels. One minute you're dancing, the next you're reaching for the tissues. It's a rollercoaster, and she's the ride operator, taking you on a journey you didn't even know you wanted.

Quirks and Twists: The Sault Way

Now, let's talk quirks. Sault, they're a quirky bunch. They've got this thing about releasing albums on the same day as other artists. It's like they're saying, "Oh, you're excited about that? Well, check this out!" And we do. We can't help it. It's like they're daring us to compare, and we fall for it every time.

And Cleo Sol, she's got her own quirks. She's a bit of a chameleon, changing her style, her sound, with each album. One minute she's all R&B, the next she's singing like a jazz diva. It's like she's got a musical mood ring, and we're all just trying to keep up.

But here's the thing, folks. Despite all the twists and turns, Sault and Cleo Sol, they've got this authenticity about them. They're not trying to be anything they're not. They're just making music, their way. And that, my friend, is what makes them so darn compelling.

So, What's the Big Deal?

Alright, so maybe you're still not convinced. Maybe you're thinking, "This all sounds great, but why should I care?" Well, let me put it this way. Sault and Cleo Sol, they're like that underdog you didn't know you were rooting for. They're the surprise hit at the party, the one that makes you say, "Who's that? I need more of that in my life."

They're not here to play by the rules. They're here to bend them, break them, and make something new. And isn't that what music is all about? Taking risks, pushing boundaries, and making us feel something we've never felt before?

So, the next time you're at a festival, or just scrolling through your music library, give Sault and Cleo Sol a chance. You might just find your new favorite sound. And who knows, you might even have a little dance party in your living room. I won't tell if you don't.
