I Must Be Dreaming Wiz Khalifa

Wiz Khalifa's "I Must Be Dreaming": A Trip Through the Clouds

Alright, let's dive in. You know Wiz Khalifa, right? The guy who's always got a smooth flow and a laid-back vibe. Well, he's got this track, "I Must Be Dreaming", that's just... different. Like, in a really good way.

First off, this song is from his album "Rolling Papers 2". Now, I'm not saying Wiz is a big fan of, ahem, "herbal refreshments", but the album title sure is a hint, isn't it? 😏

That Beat Though

Now, let's talk about the beat. It's like a cloud made of music. Soft, fluffy, and just the right amount of sweet. It's produced by Sledgren, and it's got this chill, dreamy vibe that's perfect for a lazy afternoon or a late-night drive.

Here's a fun fact for you: The beat samples "I'm Still In Love With You" by Al Green. Can you believe it? Wiz Khalifa sampling the King of Soul. Talk about a musical blend!

Wiz's Dreamy Lyrics

Now, onto Wiz's lyrics. They're like a stream of consciousness, flowing smooth and easy. He's dreaming about his girl, his life, his success. It's all very... well, dreamy.

Here's a line that always gets me: "I must be dreaming, 'cause I never thought I'd be here". It's like he's pinching himself, you know? It's relatable, it's humble, and it's just... nice.

And get this, Wiz actually raps about his love for video games in this song. He mentions "Call of Duty" and "Grand Theft Auto". I mean, come on, how can you not love a guy who raps about gaming?

That Music Video Though

Now, let's not forget the music video. It's like a trippy, colorful dream. Wiz is floating in space, he's in a cartoon world, he's even in a video game. It's wild, it's wacky, and it's just so much fun.

And get this, the video was directed by Colin Tilley. You might know him from his work with Kendrick Lamar, Nicki Minaj, and... wait for it... Justin Bieber. Yeah, you heard it right. Wiz Khalifa and Justin Bieber have the same music video director. Who would've thought?

So, Why Should You Care?

Alright, so why should you give "I Must Be Dreaming" a listen? Well, for starters, it's just a really good song. It's chill, it's catchy, and it's got a great beat. Plus, it's a side of Wiz Khalifa you might not have seen before.

But more than that, it's just fun. It's a song about dreaming big, about appreciating what you've got, and about just... enjoying life. And isn't that something we could all use a little more of?

So, go on, give it a listen. Let Wiz take you on a trip through the clouds. You might just find yourself dreaming along with him.
