Walter White Jr: The Character That Became A Fan Favorite

Ever found yourself binge-watching a show, and then suddenly, bam! there's this character who just steals the scene? That's exactly what happened with Walter White Jr., or as he's better known, Flynn, in the hit series Breaking Bad. This kid went from being just another character to a fan favorite, and we're here to chat about why that is.

First off, let's talk about his journey. Flynn starts off as this innocent, slightly awkward kid, living in the shadow of his dad, Walter White. He's got a learning disability, and let's face it, his dad's not exactly the warmest guy. But as the show progresses, Flynn starts to grow, and so does our love for him.

One of the coolest things about Flynn is his growth. He starts off as this kid who's just trying to navigate high school, and then, plot twist! his dad's a meth cook. Talk about a reality check. But Flynn, he rolls with the punches. He starts to stand up for himself, and we can't help but cheer him on.

Now, let's talk about his relationship with his dad. Walt, he's a complex character, to say the least. He's not exactly the father of the year. But Flynn, man, he loves his dad. He sticks by him, even when Walt's at his worst. It's heartbreaking, yet beautiful to watch.

And how can we forget his sass? Flynn's got this dry humor that just cuts through the tension. Remember when he said, "No more lies, okay? Just tell me the truth. I can handle it." Mic drop! That right there is why we love him. He's real, he's raw, and he's not afraid to call out his dad's BS.

But here's the thing, Flynn's not just a fan favorite because of his character arc or his sass. It's also because of RJ Mitte, the actor who plays him. Mitte, he's got spina bifida, a condition that affects his ability to walk. Yet, he owns his character, and he owns his disability. He's a role model, not just for people with disabilities, but for everyone.
