Rules Of Engagement Tv Series Cast

Gather 'round, folks! Let me spin you a yarn about the cast of Rules of Engagement, that hilarious sitcom that had us in stitches for seven seasons.

Now, you might be thinking, "Who's this chatty cat, and why should I care about some TV show cast?" Well, let me tell you, I've got more tea to spill on these comedy legends than a fancy-pants café in Paris. So, grab your imaginary croissant, and let's dive in!

David Spade - "The Smirk Master" himself

You know him, you love him, he's the king of the smirky comeback - David Spade. This guy's been making us laugh since the '90s, and he's still at it, like that annoying little brother who won't stop tickling you until you pee your pants. (Too far? Too soon?)

Did you know David was a Saturday Night Live regular back in the day? Yep, he was part of that legendary cast that included the likes of Chris Farley, Adam Sandler, and Chris Rock. Talk about a comedy powerhouse!

Patrick Warburton - "The Deep-Voiced Wonder"

Oh, Patrick Warburton. That voice. That laugh. That... everything. This guy's a comedy god, and he's been blessing our screens since the dawn of time (or at least the '90s).

Fun fact: Patrick was actually offered the role of T'Pol in Star Trek: Enterprise. Can you imagine him in a Starfleet uniform, trying to keep a straight face while delivering those serious Vulcan lines? I can't, and I'm crying laughing just thinking about it.

Mandy Moore - "The Princess of Pop" turned "AJ"

That's right, folks! Before she was singing her heart out on "This Is Us" or voicing Rapunzel in Tangled, Mandy Moore was gracing our TV screens as the lovable, slightly ditzy AJ. And let me tell you, she was a breath of fresh air in that cast full of dudes.

Prime Video: RULES OF ENGAGEMENT - SEASON 1

Now, I know what you're thinking: "But what about her music career? Isn't she, like, a pop princess or something?" Well, yes, she is. But did you know she also has a black belt in Taekwondo? That's right, folks. Don't mess with Mandy. She'll kick your butt and then sing you a sweet lullaby while you cry.

Adrianne Palicki - "The Action Hero" of the group

Before she was kicking butt as Bobbi Morse in Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D., Adrianne Palicki was playing the strong-willed, no-nonsense Jennifer "Jenny" McCarthy on Rules of Engagement. And let me tell you, she was a force to be reckoned with.

Fun story: Adrianne once told David Spade that if he didn't stop making fun of her height, she'd kick his ass. Spade's response? "I'd like to see you try, short stuff." They're still friends, by the way. Mostly because Spade's too scared to make her angry again.

The Rest of the Gang

Now, I'd be remiss if I didn't mention the rest of the fantastic cast. We've got the hilarious Oliver Hudson as Jeff's brother, Russell; the always-entertaining Beth Littleford as Jennifer's best friend, Lisa; and the legendary Ned Van Zandt as Mr. McDonald, the building superintendent with a heart of gold (and a penchant for inappropriate comments).

And let's not forget the amazing guest stars! From Jon Favreau to Amy Sedaris, this show had some serious comedy heavy hitters dropping by. It was like a who's who of funny people, and I loved every minute of it.

So there you have it, folks! The cast of Rules of Engagement, a group of hilarious misfits who brought laughter into our lives for seven beautiful seasons.

Now, if you'll excuse me, I've got some laughing to do. And maybe a few tears, because man, I miss that show. Until next time, folks!
