Herbie: The Love Bug (1997)

Alright, let's set the scene. It's 1997, and our girl Lindsay is just a wee one, fresh-faced and ready to take on the world. She's only 10 years old when she lands the role of Jim Douglas's daughter, Maggie, in the TV movie 'Herbie: The Love Bug.'

Herbie's Magic Touch

Now, you might be thinking, "How on earth did she manage to drive Herbie?" Well, let me tell you, that little car was as magical on screen as it was in the original movies. Lindsay just had to pretend she was driving, and the rest was movie magic!

But here's a fun fact for you: Lindsay actually did learn to drive for this role. She was so eager to get behind the wheel that she begged her parents to let her take driving lessons. Talk about dedication!

Herbie Fully Loaded (2005)

Fast forward to 2005, and Lindsay's all grown up, ready to take on the sequel, 'Herbie: Fully Loaded.' She's now a 19-year-old teenager, playing the role of a young racer, Peyton, who discovers Herbie in a junkyard.

And get this, she even got to perform some of her own stunts. Now that's what I call a hands-on acting experience!
