How Old Was Joe Keery In Season 2

Hey there, Stranger Things fans! You might be wondering, "Hey, how old was Joe Keery in Season 2 of our beloved '80s nostalgia fest?" Well, grab a slice of that delicious '80s pizza, and let's dive in!

So, How Old Was Steve Harrington?

First things first, let's talk about Joe Keery, the man behind our beloved Steve Harrington. Joe was born on April 24, 1992, making him a Taurus, which explains his, ahem, bullish determination to protect the kids from the Upside Down.

Now, Season 2 of Stranger Things aired in 2017, which means we're talking about Joe's age at that time. Let's do some math, shall we? In 2017, Joe was a cool 25 years old. Yep, you heard it right, folks! Our favorite '80s heartthrob was a quarter of a century old when he was serving up those iconic haircuts and courageous acts.

But What About Steve's Age in the Show?

Alright, alright, I know what you're thinking, "But what about Steve's age in the show, not just Joe's?" Fair enough! In the show's timeline, Season 2 takes place in 1984, a year after Season 1. So, Steve, being the same age as the rest of the main characters, would be 17 in Season 2.

That's right, folks! Our dear Steve was just a teenager when he was battling Demogorgons and navigating the complex world of high school. Talk about growing up fast, huh?

Why Does It Matter?

You might be wondering, "Why does it even matter how old Joe Keery was when he played Steve Harrington?" Well, my friend, it's all about perspective. Seeing a 25-year-old playing a 17-year-old is a testament to the magic of storytelling. It's a reminder that age is just a number, and that we can all be heroes, no matter how old we are.

Plus, it's just fun to geek out about our favorite shows, right? It's like when you find out that Eleven's waffles are actually a nod to Winona Ryder's love for them. Mind. Blown.

So, What's the Moral of the Story?

Alright, folks, let's wrap this up. Joe Keery was 25 when he played the 17-year-old Steve Harrington in Season 2 of Stranger Things. But hey, age is just a number, right? It's all about the story, the heart, and the '80s nostalgia. So, the next time you're watching Steve Harrington save the day, remember, it's not about the age, it's about the hero within.

And there you have it! Now you can impress your friends with your newfound knowledge. Just remember to share your pizza while you're at it. After all, sharing is caring, and who knows, maybe you'll even spot a Demogorgon lurking in the shadows. (Probably not, but a guy can dream, can't he?)
