Well, buckle up, because we're about to dive into a chill tale that's sure to frost your cookies.

First Things First: Who Was Jack Frost?

Before we get into the nitty-gritty of Jack's age, let's quickly brush up on our folklore. Jack Frost isn't your average Joe. He's a mythical figure, a personification of the frost and ice that comes with winter. He's been around for centuries, popping up in stories from various cultures.

In some tales, he's a friendly guy, painting the world with his icy touch. In others, he's a bit of a trickster. But one thing's for sure, he's always got a hand (or should we say, a frost?) in those wintery scenes we all know and love.

So, How Old Was He?

Alright, let's get down to business. The thing is, Jack Frost isn't exactly the type to carry a birth certificate. He's more of a... well, a myth. But that doesn't mean we can't have a little fun trying to figure it out.

You see, Jack's been around for ages. We're talking centuries here. He's been mentioned in old English and Norse poems, and even made an appearance in a 15th-century French poem. So, he's definitely been around the block a few times.

But here's where it gets interesting. Unlike us mere mortals, Jack Frost isn't exactly aging like fine wine. He's more of a... timeless figure. He's been around since forever, and he'll probably be around long after we're gone, freezing up the world with his icy touch.

So, in a way, Jack Frost is like that old, wise oak tree in the forest. You know it's ancient, but you can't really put a number on it. It's just... old. Really old.
