How Old Is Varian Tangled Season 3

Alright, gather 'round, folks. I've got a tale to tell about our favorite magical misfits from the mystical land of Veridia. You know, the ones who've been keeping us glued to our screens for what feels like forever? That's right, I'm talking about the gang from Tangled: The Series!

Now, I know what you're thinking, "But Tangled was just a movie, right? How can it have a series, let alone three seasons?" Well, my friends, let me spin you a yarn about how time flies when you're having fun (and fighting evil snakes, and saving kingdoms, and all that jazz).

Once Upon a Time...

Picture this: it's the year 2017. Disney Channel, in their infinite wisdom, decides to give us more of Rapunzel and Eugene's adventures. They greenlight a series, and Tangled: The Series is born. Now, I'm not saying they did it because they saw us all crying out for more of Mandy Moore's voice (though, let's be real, that might've played a part).

Anyway, Season 1 drops, and we're hooked. We're talking 21 episodes of pure, unadulterated enchantment. Rapunzel's learning to rule, Eugene's learning to be a hero, and we're all learning to love Pascal and Maximus even more than we thought possible. It's a magical time, folks.

But Wait, There's More!

Season 2 rolls around in 2018, and it's like they heard our collective cheer. More adventures, more laughs, more heartwarming moments. We're introduced to new characters, like the delightfully snarky Vex, and we're reminded why we fell in love with the original movie in the first place.

Now, here's where things start to get a little... well, tangled. You see, while we were all busy binge-watching and singing along to "Healing Incantation," something sneaky was happening. Time, that mischievous trickster, was slipping by unnoticed.

Time Flies When You're Having Fun

Before we knew it, it was 2020, and Season 3 was upon us. I mean, where did the time go, right? One minute we're watching Rapunzel and Eugene's wedding, the next, we're saying goodbye to the series with a heartfelt finale. It's enough to make a grown man (or woman) cry into their popcorn.

But here's the thing: while we were busy watching the series grow up, Tangled: The Series itself was growing up too. And that, my friends, is how our beloved show became a whole three seasons old. Can you believe it?

So, How Old Is It, Really?

Alright, let's do some math. The first episode of Tangled: The Series aired on March 24, 2017. The finale aired on March 25, 2020. That's a total of 104 episodes spread over three seasons. And if you add up the years, you get... wait for it... 3 years and 1 day!

I know, I know, it's not quite as old as the Fairy Godmother's potion recipes, but still. Three years is a big deal in TV land. It's like, what, 70 in human years? Something like that. (Don't quote me on the math, I was never great with numbers.)

But Wait, There's More (Again!)

Now, you might be thinking, "But what about the Tangled: Before Ever After movie? Doesn't that count too?" Well, my friend, that's a whole other story. Sure, it's part of the Tangled universe, but it's more like a prequel appetizer before the series' main course. So, we're not counting that. Sorry to disappoint.

But hey, who knows? Maybe one day, we'll get a Tangled reunion special, or a spin-off, or even a live-action movie. (A girl can dream, can't she?) Until then, we'll just have to make do with rewatching our favorite episodes and singing "I've Got a Dream" at the top of our lungs.

So there you have it, folks. The tale of how Tangled: The Series grew from a tiny sapling into a towering tree of awesome. And who knows? Maybe one day, we'll look back on this article and laugh at how young and naive we were. But for now, let's just enjoy the magic while it lasts.
