How Old Is Townes In Queen's Gambit

So, you've been binge-watching The Queen's Gambit, right? I mean, who hasn't? It's like Beth Harmon's chess moves - impossible to resist. Now, you're here because you're curious about the age of that adorable little moppet, Townes. Well, grab your coffee, let's spill the beans.

Townes' Timeline - A Brief Tour

First things first, Townes is played by the incredibly talented Jacob Tremblay. You might recognize him from Room or Good Boys. Now, let's dive into Townes' timeline in the show.

We first meet Townes when he's about 10 years old. That's right, he's just a little whippersnapper when he starts causing trouble at the orphanage. He's got that mischievous grin and those big blue eyes that just scream, "I'm trouble, but you can't help but love me."

Now, here's where it gets a bit tricky. The show spans about 15 years, from Beth's childhood to her adulthood. So, Townes grows up right alongside Beth. But here's the thing - we don't see all those years pass in the show. It's like Beth's hair growing long - you know it's happening, but you don't see the individual strands lengthening, you know?

Townes' Age - The Big Reveal

Alright, enough beating around the bush. You want to know how old Townes is at the end of the show, right? Well, hold onto your hats, folks. When we last see Townes, he's around 25 years old. Yes, you read that right. That little boy we first met is now a full-grown man!

Isn't it amazing how these young actors can play characters so much older than they are? It's like they're little old souls trapped in tiny bodies. Or maybe they're just really good at acting. Probably both.
