How Old Is The Cast Of Outer Banks

So, I was binge-watching Outer Banks the other day, you know, just another casual Sunday. I was all in, invested in the treasure hunt, the romance, the drama. Then, suddenly, it hit me. I started wondering, "How old are these actors?" I mean, they're playing teens, but are they really teens? Let's dive in, shall we?

Our Fearless Leader, John B

First up, our fearless leader, John B, played by Chase Stokes. Now, I know what you're thinking, "He looks like he's barely out of high school!" Well, you're not far off. Chase was born on September 16, 1992, making him a ripe old 29 when the first season aired. I know, right? He's practically an old man in teen years!

But here's the kicker, folks. Chase was a teen when they started filming. The first season was shot in 2019, when he was 27. So, he was just a baby, a mere baby! Now, he's 29, and I'm over here feeling like I've aged a decade just watching him grow up on screen.

Pope, the Tech Genius

Next up, we have Jonathan Daviss, who plays Pope. Now, Pope is the brains of the operation, the tech genius. You'd think he'd be the oldest, right? Wrong! Jonathan was born on June 28, 1995, making him 26 when the first season aired. I know, I was shocked too. I mean, who taught this kid how to hack?

But here's where it gets interesting. Jonathan is actually the youngest of the main cast. Yep, you read that right. He's the baby of the group. I mean, can you even? A baby hacking his way into secure systems? The world's gone mad, I tell ya!

The Ladies of Outer Banks

Now, let's talk about the ladies. First up, we have Madelyn Cline, who plays Sarah, John B's love interest. Madelyn was born on December 21, 1997, making her 22 when the first season aired. Yes, she's the youngest of the main cast, but don't let that fool you. She's a powerhouse on screen!

And finally, we have Connie Britton, who plays John B's mom, Karen. Now, Connie is the oldest of the main cast, born on March 6, 1967. That makes her a cool 53 when the first season aired. But you know what they say, "Age is just a number," and Connie is proving that every day!

So, How Old Are They Really?

So, there you have it, folks. The cast of Outer Banks is a mix of young and... well, younger. They're all playing teens, but they're not all teens themselves. It's a strange world we live in, isn't it? But hey, at least we can all enjoy their adventures together, no matter our age!

Now, if you'll excuse me, I have some more binge-watching to do. Until next time, stay golden!
