How Old Is Evie From Descendants

So, you're curious about Evie's age in Descendants, huh? Let's grab a coffee and chat about it. I mean, who doesn't love a good dose of Disney magic with their caffeine fix, right?

Let's Set the Stage

First things first, Evie is one of the main characters in the Descendants series. She's the daughter of Evil Queen from Snow White, and she's all about that fairy tale life. But how old is she, you ask? Well, let's dive in.

Time for Some Math

In the first movie, Descendants, Evie is 15. But wait, don't go pouring that coffee just yet. Here's where it gets a little tricky. The movies don't follow a strict timeline, so we can't just add a few years and call it a day.

For instance, in Descendants 2, which comes out a few years later, Evie is still 15. Yes, you read that right. Time works a little differently in Auradon, it seems. It's like the island is stuck in a magical time warp, keeping our favorite villains' kids forever young.

But What About the Books?

Now, you might be thinking, "What about the books? Surely they'll give us a straight answer." Well, friend, even the books can't agree on Evie's age. In "Isle of the Lost," a prequel novel, Evie is 17. But then, in "Return to the Isle of the Lost," she's back to being 15 again.

I know, I know. It's enough to make your head spin. It's like trying to figure out how many licks it takes to get to the center of a Tootsie Pop. The world may never know.

So, How Old Is Evie?

Alright, let's put on our thinking caps and try to make sense of this. Despite the time warp and the mixed signals, we can safely say that Evie is somewhere between 15 and 17 years old. It's like she's stuck in a magical teenage limbo, forever young and fabulous.

But hey, who are we to complain? As long as we get to see Evie's fabulous outfits and witty comebacks, we're not going to quibble about a few years. After all, age is just a number, right?

Why Does It Even Matter?

You might be wondering why we're all worked up about Evie's age. Well, aside from the fact that it's a fun little mystery, it also tells us a bit about the world of Descendants. The fact that time doesn't pass the same way in Auradon as it does in our world is a reminder that we're in a magical place, where anything can happen.

And isn't that what makes Descendants so darn enchanting? It's a place where the rules of our world don't apply, and that's what makes it so much fun to explore.

So, there you have it. Evie's age is a bit of a puzzle, but that's part of the charm of Descendants. Now, who's ready for a refill? My treat.
