How Old Are The Newjeans Members

Guessing Games: The Age Riddle of NewJeans

So, I was at this coffee shop the other day, minding my own business, when I overheard a group of teens debating about the ages of the NewJeans members. I mean, I couldn't help but eavesdrop, right? I'm a fan too, after all. That's when it hit me - how old are they, really?

Now, I know what you're thinking. "Why does it matter?" Well, it doesn't, not really. But in the world of K-pop, age is a curious thing. It's like a secret code that fans love to crack. So, let's dive in, shall we?

Meet the NewJeans

NewJeans, as we all know, is a rookie girl group under ADOR, a subsidiary of Hybe Corporation. They debuted in July 2022 with their single "Attention". The group consists of five members: Minji, Hyein, Haerin, Danielle, and Hanni.

Now, let's get down to business. As of 2023, here's the lowdown on their ages:

• Minji - Born on February 7, 2004, she's the oldest of the group at 19 years old.
• Hyein - Born on December 19, 2006, she's 16 years old.
• Haerin - Born on July 17, 2007, she's 15 years old.
• Danielle - Born on June 11, 2007, she's also 15 years old.
• Hanni - Born on February 6, 2008, she's the youngest at 15 years old.

Pretty impressive, huh? A group full of teens taking the K-pop world by storm. But here's where it gets interesting. You might be wondering, "Why did it take so long for them to debut?" Well, that's because they were all trainees for quite some time.

Trainee Life: A Waiting Game

Minji and Hyein joined Hybe in 2019, while Haerin, Danielle, and Hanni joined in 2020. That's a lot of time spent honing their skills and waiting for their debut. But hey, good things come to those who wait, right?

And speaking of waiting, did you know that Hanni was initially supposed to debut with another group? Yeah, talk about a twist of fate! But I guess everything happens for a reason, because look at them now!
